Shipping:

Once you place an order, we carefully pack and ship your women’s caps within 24–48 hours from our Brisbane warehouse. Orders are sent via Australia Post and generally arrive within 3–9 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping only applies within Australia — we do not ship internationally at this time.

Caring for your cap properly will help it keep its shape, colour and premium finish for years to come. Our caps are made from 100% cotton with a brass clasp, so following the correct care instructions is essential to maintain their fit and quality.

1. Rinse After Salt Water Exposure

If your cap comes into contact with salt water, always rinse it thoroughly with fresh cold water as soon as possible.

Salt residue can cause the brass buckle to corrode over time if it isn’t washed out properly. A quick rinse helps prevent long-term damage and keeps the hardware looking clean and polished.

2. Hand Wash Only (No Machine Washing)

When your cap needs a refresh:

• Gently hand wash with fresh cold water
• Use a light, mild detergent
• Avoid scrubbing too aggressively to maintain the fabric structure

Machine washing can distort the cap’s shape and weaken the cotton fibres, so hand washing is always recommended.

3. Air Dry the Right Way

To preserve the colour and structure:

• Air dry indoors or in a shady area
• Reshape the cap while damp to help maintain its fit
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron

Heat can shrink cotton fabric and damage both the cap structure and the brass clasp.

4. Avoid Direct Sunlight While Wet

Leaving your cap in direct sunlight while wet may cause fading over time.

Some people love the naturally sun-faded, vintage look — and if that’s your style, go for it. But if you’d like your cap to stay looking fresh and vibrant, always dry it out of direct sunlight.
